User-Generated Content Notes, messages, or content that users create within PrivyNote remain the intellectual property of the respective user. By using PrivyNote, users represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to all content they submit, and that such content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Users grant PrivyNote a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store and transmit their content as necessary to provide the service. ### 4. Third-Party Components PrivyNote may incorporate open-source software components or third-party libraries. Such components are used in compliance with their respective licenses.
