PrivyNote and all associated intellectual property are owned by and proprietary to PrivyNote. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

### 1. Ownership of Content

All content, software, source code, design elements, graphics, user interface layouts, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the PrivyNote application and website ([privynote.biz](https://privynote.biz)) are the exclusive property of PrivyNote or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

### 2. Proprietary Software

The PrivyNote application — including its encrypted note-taking engine, cryptographic implementation, user interface, and all associated infrastructure — is **proprietary, closed-source software**. All rights are fully reserved. You may not:

* Copy, reproduce, or replicate any portion of the application's source code.
* Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component.
* Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on PrivyNote.
* Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercially exploit any part of the platform.

### 3. User-Generated Content

Notes, messages, or content that users create within PrivyNote remain the intellectual property of the respective user. By using PrivyNote, users represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to all content they submit, and that such content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Users grant PrivyNote a limited, non-exclusive license solely to store and transmit their content as necessary to provide the service.

### 4. Third-Party Components

PrivyNote may incorporate open-source software components or third-party libraries. Such components are used in compliance with their respective licenses. Acknowledgements of third-party software are available upon request at <legal@privynote.biz>.

### 5. Trademarks

"PrivyNote," the PrivyNote logo, and related marks are trademarks of PrivyNote. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks mentioned on this platform are the property of their respective owners.

### 6. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that any content available through PrivyNote infringes your copyright, please notify us with the following information:

* A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
* The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
* Your contact information (name, email address, postal address, phone number).
* A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
* A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
